When you reset your password on Buckstocker it randomly generates a new password for you and emails you with that information. If you would like to customize your password you simply need to login to Buckstocker then go to MEMBERS AREA/ My Account/ Personal Information and scroll down almost to the bottom where it gives you the option to customize your password.
Once logged in, a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction item display pages. You can use this box to place your chosen bid .
Our system allows for the use of "Proxy" bids. You can enter the max you are willing to bid on an item and our system will place the lowest bid allowed. The rest of your proxy bid is kept in reserve and if you are out bid by another bidder the system will go to your reserve and place the next acceptable bid for you.
The auction system will continue to place bids on your behalf until your proxy bid has all been used. With this system you may place the max amount you are willing to spend on an item and not be forced into checking the item page to bid. If you are out bid at anytime the system will send an email to the email address that you have on file to let you know that you were outbid.
Proxy bids are perfectly safe and are not available to any other bidders view. You may check the status of any proxy bid and auction in the members area located on the left side of the page. Simply click on the "Bidding" icon and your bidding data will be made available to you.
You are free however to bid the min bid amount on any auction. If you are out bid our system will email you to let you know. So that you may log back into to reset your Proxy bid or bid freely as you wish.

To list and item for sale on Buckstocker.com you must first be a registered member. If you are not a member, we have placed a easy to find sign up button at the top of our website. Sign up by following the directions outlined in our registration page. Answer our follow up email and simply follow the link.Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link at the top of the page. You can list your item in any one of our categories that best fits your product and use the easy to follow step by step guide to list your item.

To send buyers an invoices:
Log in to your account and go to your Members Area and scroll down to Selling and click Sold Items and then choose Send Invoice for the auction that you have sold. Buyer has 7 days to pay by the means outlined in auction or agreed on previously with seller. After you have sent invoice you can also choose from this area Resend Invoice if buyer has not sent payment at the end of this period. It is important to keep communication open through out the process to ensure a great buying/selling experience for both parties.Most of all bad sales are do to bad communication!

On completion of the listing process you can save the listing as a draft. Drafts are saved in the Members Area and then you can retrieve these at any time and re-list or edit them. Also if you have similar items you would like to sell you may do so by visiting your Members Area, Click on Open Auctions and on the right hand side find a selection of options and just simply choose List Similar Item.
